Ms. Morris has served on our Board of Directors since December 2020. Ms. Morris brings over 30 years of experience in executive leadership in real estate, healthcare, automotive, and professional services. From 2013 to 2022, she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Apria Healthcare (Nasdaq: APR), a leading provider of integrated home healthcare equipment and related services in the United States. From 2010 – 2013, Ms. Morris served as Chief Financial Officer—Americas for SITEL Worldwide Corporation, a global leader in business processing outsourcing. From 2004 – 2010 she served with Tatum LLC, a national executive services firm, where she held roles as Partner and Director during her tenure. From 1999 to 2002, she was Chief Financial Officer of Caliber Collision Centers. Ms. Morris spent the earlier part of her career in various roles with CB Richard Ellis, including Executive Vice President—Global Marketing and Integration and Executive Vice President—Global Chief Accounting Officer. She currently serves on the board and chairs the Audit Committee of EverDriven Technologies, a leading private-equity-backed technology-enabled alternative student transportation company. She also serves on the board and audit committee of Biote (Nasdaq: Biote), a leading solutions provider in preventive health care through the delivery of personalized hormone optimization and therapeutic wellness. Ms. Morris earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colby Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire.
