Laura Clark
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Laura Clark serves as Rexford Industrial’s Chief Executive Officer and joined the Board of Directors in November 2025. Clark previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer from November 2024 to March 2026 and Chief Financial Officer from August 2020 to November 2024. Prior to joining Rexford, Clark served in various leadership roles at Regency Centers (NASDAQ: REG), a publicly traded retail REIT, including Senior Vice President, Capital Markets from 2017 to 2020 and Vice President, Financial Services from 2012 to 2017, overseeing operational analysis, budgeting and reporting for the company’s West region. Earlier in her career, Clark held roles in equity research and institutional sales at Green Street Advisors, and served as Vice President, Capital Markets at Iron Tree Capital and Inland Capital Markets Group. Clark is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago and earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Ball State University. Clark brings more than 20 years of finance, accounting, real estate and operations experience to Rexford.
Michael Fitzmaurice
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Fitzmaurice serves as Rexford Industrial’s Chief Financial Officer. From June 2018 to January 2024, Fitzmaurice served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RPT Realty, a real estate investment trust (REIT) acquired by Kimco Realty Corporation in January 2024. Prior to joining RPT Realty, Fitzmaurice served as Vice President and then Senior Vice President of Finance for Retail Properties of America, Inc., an NYSE-listed retail shopping center REIT, from 2012 to 2018. Previously, Fitzmaurice spent 13 years at S&P 500 companies General Growth Properties and Equity Office Properties with growing responsibility in various finance, capital markets, investment and accounting roles. Fitzmaurice received his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Fitzmaurice brings 25 years of real estate, finance, accounting, investments, and operations experience to Rexford.
John Nahas
Chief Operating Officer
John Nahas has served as Rexford Industrial’s Chief Operating Officer since April 2026. Nahas previously held the position of Managing Director of Operations and Asset Management at Rexford since July 2023. Prior to joining Rexford, Nahas served as President of CenterCal Properties from 2020 to 2022, where he managed business operations across one of the company’s three core regions. Previously, he served as Vice President of Investments, directing regional investments for Southern California at Regency Centers (NASDAQ: REG), a publicly traded retail REIT, from 2015 to 2020. Nahas earned a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California and Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Nahas brings 22 years of real estate experience across multiple product types encompassing transactions, asset management, development and strategy.
David E. Lanzer
General Counsel and Secretary
David E. Lanzer has served as our General Counsel since March 2016. He oversees all legal services and risk management for Rexford Industrial. In addition, Lanzer serves as the secretary to the Rexford Industrial board of directors. From January 2010 to March 2016, Lanzer served as First Vice President and Senior Counsel of Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD), the world’s largest industrial real estate investment trust. While at Prologis, he provided legal counsel for the U.S. Southwest and Northwest regions. Prior to Prologis, from December 2002 to January 2009, Lanzer served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and a Market Officer at Lauth Group, Inc., a privately held, national development and construction firm that has developed industrial, office, retail and healthcare projects across the United States. Lanzer began his legal career as an attorney with the Indianapolis law firm of Wooden & McLaughlin LLP (now known as Dinsmore & Shohl LLP). Lanzer obtained his Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, in Political Science at Purdue University, West Lafayette, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence at Indiana University, Bloomington. Prior to attending Purdue, Lanzer joined the military at age 17, where he served five years with the 38th Infantry Division and was awarded the National Defense Medal and the Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal. Lanzer brings to the Company over 26 years of real estate and legal experience.
